General Audit Tool for Google Apps v3.1 turns up the heat with new What’s Hot feature

The new “What’s Hot” feature allows a user to see the most recent changes for their domain. When you run the “What’s Hot” process, the General Audit Tool for Google Apps shows the most collaborated documents ever, if they were opened in the last fifteen days. It lists the most collaborated documents for the last fifteen days. It also show the documents opened to the public in the last fifteen days. This really lets a manager see at a glance what has been happening recently in terms of accessing various documents on their domain. It is also an easy way to keep track of what is being opened up to outside view.
