What Devices/Applications can BakerWatch Monitor?

• BakerWatch can monitor all devices that have an IP address and also all critical services. It monitors applications and actively checks them by simulating client requests. This makes sure that all services are working correctly. For example, BakerWatch interrogates email servers to ensure that they are functioning and operating in a timely fashion. What are the problem areas that BakerWatch monitor for?

• Our Network Operations Team can set performance thresholds and look out for events that are most likely to cause an interruption to your service. • System alerts will be sent to a nominated contact within your organisation via email, SMS, pager or telephone. Alternatively the customer can get real-time reports through a dedicated web portal.
